A: Yes! We provide documentation needed to take the deduction on your taxes.
Q: Who is elligible to recieve a health grant?
A: Anyone in Marin County undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatment may apply for a healing grant, though we ask that households with a current annual income of $250k or more do not apply. Priority will be given to later staging, though we aim to provide grants for a variety of patients.
Q: How do I apply for a healing grant?
A: Follow the Submit Request link above. Once we have received your inquiry, an application form will be emailed to you. Please let us know what type of healing grant you would like. If you are selected, we will verify you are in active treatment with your oncologist and may ask for proof of income.
Q: I want to get involved - what can I do?
A: LifeBoost is always seeking volunteers, donations, or contracts with new holistic healing vendors who would like to partner with us. We would also love to hear your ideas anytime!
